What is the best way to care for my oilskin jacket?
To maintain the waterproof quality of your oilskin, do not machine wash or use detergent. Simply sponge down with cold water and allow to dry naturally. Periodically re-wax the garment with our Microwax cream to restore its protective finish.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. If you are not satisfied with your fit or style, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Kakadu Traders products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
